General Provisions

By placing an order and entering into an agreement, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted the general terms and conditions.

Every agreement with Atelier Lott is governed by these general terms and conditions. The customer agrees to waive their own terms and conditions of sale unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Both parties acknowledge that these general terms and conditions are fair, not unjust, and fully comply with the rules against unfair terms in the Code of Economic Law.

Offer and Price

All prices are quoted in EURO, inclusive of 21% VAT and excluding shipping costs. Any additional taxes, shipping costs, or customs duties imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

The prices listed apply solely to the items as described. If the entrepreneur uses images, they are for decorative purposes and may contain elements not included in the price. Any limited-time offers or conditions will be clearly stated. Offers are valid while supplies last and can be modified or withdrawn by Atelier Lott at any time. Atelier Lott cannot be held liable for product unavailability.

Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind the entrepreneur. Atelier Lott is only obliged to provide accurate and complete information to the best of its ability. It is not liable for manifest material errors or printing errors. Customers with specific inquiries about, for example, sizes, colors, availability, delivery time, or delivery method are encouraged to contact customer service in advance.

Order

To purchase a product, add it to your shopping cart and provide your contact and/or billing details. After payment, your purchase is final and subject to these conditions. All payments are made through the secure online payment platform. Payment methods include Bancontact, Visa, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

If your card issuer refuses authorization for payment, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery. Orders without valid payment in the name of the registered cardholder will not be accepted or processed. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their address is correct. Until confirmation of payment is received by Atelier Lott, the ordered items remain its property.
