Shipping policy

We strive to dispatch your order within 48 to 72 hours. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking code to monitor your package's journey. Please note that all delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. Any delay in delivery does not entitle the customer to claim compensation or cancel the agreement.

Our packages are dispatched via Bpost/PostNL/DPD.... Shipping within Belgium is free for orders over €100. Similarly, discount shipping to the Netherlands is available for orders over €100. For purchases below €100, the shipping cost has a fixed price and can change. Shipping to another country within Europe depend on the current shipping prices. Delivery typically takes 1 to 2 working days after dispatch.

While we take every precaution to ensure the safe packaging of your items, Atelier Lott cannot be held responsible for theft, damage, delay, or loss of packages during transit with Bpost. The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the products leave our warehouse.
