Refund policy

After payment of your order, there is a 15 minute annulation schedule possible, due to the new EU return and annulation rules. 

Only items with their original hanging labels or packaging can be returned or exchanged. Please send us an e-mail with a reason for return (Hello@atelierlott.com) if you want to return any item(s).

You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item.

Upon receiving a return, we will send you a new item in a different size, smaller or larger, if requested. We won't charge you for shipping for the replacement size.

According to Belgian law (Art. 9 - right of withdrawal), customers are required to return items in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and instructions included. If the returned product has been devalued in any way, Atelier Lott reserves the right to hold the customer liable and claim damages equal to the goods' value resulting from excessive use. All returned items will undergo careful examination. The consumer may inspect the item as they would in a store, but returned items may not have been used. Any depreciation in value due to customer use will be charged to the customer.

Once we receive the return package, we will refund the amount to your account within 14 days using the same payment method as the original transaction.

PLEASE NOTE: Items purchased on sale (at a discounted price) cannot be returned.

Atelier Lott takes great care in packing and shipping all items. We thoroughly check for any manufacturing defects. If you notice any damage or quality issues with an item, or if there are any problems during delivery, please report it immediately (within 5 days of receipt) by emailing info@atelierlott.com with a photo of the issue. We will work to find a suitable solution.
